Award-winning Belfast-based digital agency Flint Studios has reported 24% year on year growth for the first quarter of 2018

The company, which delivers web solutions for an impressive portfolio of clients including MyCarNeedsa.com, Plimsoll Publishing and DigitalPrinting.co.uk, has also forecast a 14% increase in year on year sales by the end of 2018.

Flint Studios’ growth has been fuelled by its strategic merger with Cheshire-based Link Information Technology Ltd. and the customer acquisition of Creative Metrics in Derry-Londonderry last year.

Jeremy Biggerstaff, Managing Director at Flint Studios, said:

“Uncertainty around Brexit and the ongoing deadlock at Stormont have unfortunately presented a challenging environment for businesses. For us, to still achieve significant growth despite these challenges, is extremely pleasing.

“Our ability to continually drive the business forward stems from our commitment to achieving measured results for our clients through innovative web solutions and exceeding their expectations time and time again.

The Link Technology Ltd. merger and Creative Metrics acquisition led to an increased presence in Great Britain and the North West of Ireland resulting in a 200-strong portfolio of high-calibre clients right across the UK and Ireland.”

Earlier this year, Flint Studios, which specialises in systems integration, user experience and measurement, announced a £800,000 investment and the creation of ten new jobs in partnership with Invest NI.

Jeremy continued:

“Our award-winning team of more than 30 are extremely skilled in a diverse range of digital, technical and creative disciplines. We provide Magento, Kentico, Umbraco and bespoke web solutions backed up with Google Partner accreditation. This ensures we can provide the support necessary for our clients to maintain a competitive presence online and flourish within their own industries, most of which are becoming more reliant on digital.

“Our strategy is to achieve continued year on year growth until 2020 and ultimately become one of the top digital agencies in the UK and Ireland. These recent growth figures prove Flint Studios is thriving within the digital arena and are a strong indication we are well on our way to achieving our ambitious growth strategy.”

Last year, Flint Studios was the only Northern Irish Company listed in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA. The company also received the title of Digital DNA Digital Company of the Year 2017 and Technology Business of the Year at the 2017 SME Business Eye Awards.
