Belfast-based digital agency, Flint Studios, has been named Digital Company of the Year at the 2017 Digital DNA Awards in partnership with MCS Group.

The company, which employs 30 people and provides web development, design, integration, hosting and digital marketing solutions to businesses from a range of sectors, impressed judges with its ability to generate a combined revenue of more than £5 million for its e-commerce websites in 2016 as well as the company’s 275% revenue growth, with over 35% of sales currently outside of Ireland.

The winners of the awards, which celebrate success and recognise companies and individuals who are “pushing the boundaries of technology”, were revealed in front of more than 600 guests in Belfast’s iconic St. Anne’s Cathedral at Digital DNA’s official dinner.

The company recently merged with Cheshire-based Link Information Technology Ltd., a specialist provider of web solutions, establishing a base in the Sci-Tech Daresbury Innovation Centre, complementing our new Belfast Ravenhill Road headquarters.

The merger has increased Flint Studios’ client base by approximately 50% to create an impressive portfolio of clients including Plimsoll Publishing, Mary Peters Trust, Berlin Clothing, Survitec Group, STFC, and digitalprinting.co.uk.
