Local nursing home operator Dunluce Healthcare has announced the launch of its innovative new career development programme, Dunluce Academy.
With the aim of building long-lasting careers in the healthcare industry, Dunluce Academy will encompass practical training with structural education programmes and mentorship across a range of job roles.
The initiative is spearheaded by Dunluce Healthcare’s Chief Executive, Ryan Smith. He said:

Dunluce Healthcare currently operates residential and nursing care facilities at Oakmont Lodge (Bangor), Hillcrest Care Home (Omagh), Hillside Residential (Omagh), and Gortacharn Nursing Home (Lisnaskea).
